Creating a TbibClic account is quick and easy!

• Go to TbibClic.com and click on My Account at the top right, then select Create a new account.

• Fill in the registration form, accept the terms and conditions, check I’m not a robot, then click Submit.

• Enter the SMS verification code you receive to confirm your phone number.

• Choose your preferred notification method.

• Confirm your account using the link sent to you by email. (Check your spam folder if needed.)

• Your account is now activated, and you can book an appointment.

You can quickly and easily create a free TbibClic account from our homepage. Simply click on My Account at the top right and follow the registration steps.

Don’t worry, changing your password is quick and easy! Simply log in to your TbibClic account and follow these steps:

1. Log in to My Account.

2. Go to the My Profile section.

3. Enter your current password in the Confirm Password field, then enter your new password in the Confirm New Password field.

You can reset your password at any time by following these steps:

1. Click on Forgot your password?

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

3. Click Submit.

4. You will receive an email containing a link. (Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.)

5. Click the link to create a new password and regain access to your account.

You can view and update your personal information at any time by following these steps:

1. Click on My Account at the top of the homepage and log in using your email address and password.

2. Go to the My Profile section.

3. Update the information you want to change.

4. Save your changes by clicking Submit.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Search by your doctor’s name or by specialty and location.

2. Select the doctor, choose an appointment reason, then select the time that suits you.

3. Log in or create an account.

4. Confirm your appointment.

5. You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email, as well as an SMS reminder the day before your appointment.

To find a doctor by specialty or city, you can:

1. Search directly by the doctor’s name or specialty.

2. Search by keywords, such as the city.

If you cancelled your appointment by mistake, simply follow the same steps as when booking an appointment:

1. Go to TbibClic.com and search for your doctor.

2. Choose the appointment reason and time slot that suit you.

3. Log in to confirm your appointment.

As with any appointment booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation SMS.

If no time slots are currently available, it means that all the professional’s appointments are fully booked.

You can choose another available doctor or check again later for new available time slots.

1. Check your email address and password

   • Make sure your email address is correct.

   • Make sure your password does not contain any spaces.

   • Make sure the Caps Lock key is not activated.

3. Try another method

   • Try logging in using another browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.).

   • Try logging in from another device (phone or computer).

4. If you created your account using a phone number

   • Make sure you are using the same phone number and the verification code received by SMS.

Check your internet connection.

1. Refresh the page or try again after a few minutes.

2. Clear your browser cache.

3. Try accessing the website using another browser or device.

4. If the problem persists, contact TbibClic Support.

2. Use the search bar to enter the doctor’s name or specialty (e.g., dermatologist, dentist, cardiologist, etc.).

3. Enter your city to find doctors near you.

4. Filter the results using the available options, such as Availability, Languages, Consultation Type, and Payment Method.

5. Click on a doctor’s profile to view their address, available hours, specialties, experience, languages, profile description, fees, and payment methods.

All doctors listed on TbibClic are manually verified before their profiles are published.

We verify their information, including:

• Medical degree

• Specialty

• License to practice

You can view this information directly on the doctor’s professional profile.

1. Go to TbibClic.com.

2. Search by doctor’s name or specialty.

3. Click on the doctor’s profile to view their information.

Each doctor lists the languages spoken on their TbibClic profile.

Yes. You can access TbibClic from any country.

You can:

1. Book an appointment before arriving in Morocco.

2. Have a teleconsultation if the doctor offers this option.

3. Manage your account even while you are in France.
