The website www.tbibclic.com is published by TB Clic SARL AU. It is an online platform for scheduling medical appointments that allows you to:

• Search for a healthcare professional,
• View their profile and availability,
• Book an appointment online.

Definitions used

• “Site” / “Platform”: www.tbibclic.com and its features.
• “Service”: all services provided by Tbibclic (search, appointment booking, account management, notifications, etc.).
• “Healthcare Professional” / “Doctor”: any healthcare professional registered on the Platform.
• “Patient” / “User”: any individual using the Platform to search for a healthcare professional and book an appointment.
• “Appointment”: a consultation or medical procedure performed by a Healthcare Professional via an appointment booked on Tbibclic.

By using Tbibclic, what am I agreeing to?

By accessing the Site or creating an account, you:

• Accept the Terms of Use (TOU),
• Acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy,
• And, for Doctors, the Special Terms of Membership.

The T&C apply to all Users (Patients, Visitors, Healthcare Professionals) and are governed by Moroccan law.

Can Tbibclic modify the T&C?

Yes. Tbibclic may update the Terms of Use, particularly in the event of:

• legal or regulatory changes,
• additions or modifications to features.

The updated Terms of Use are published on the Site and may be the subject of a notification. By continuing to use the Service after this update, you accept the new Terms of Use.

Is Tbibclic a medical service?

No. Tbibclic:

• Facilitates connections between Patients and Healthcare Professionals,
• Does not replace the doctor-patient relationship,
• Does not provide any diagnosis or prescribe any treatment,
• Does not interfere with the content of the consultation or the medical decision.

The medical appointment is the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional. Tbibclic implements procedures to verify healthcare professionals, but does not guarantee completeness or the absence of errors. The Healthcare Professional remains solely responsible for the information published on their profile. In the event of a medical emergency: The Patient must immediately contact the appropriate emergency services. The Tbibclic platform must under no circumstances be used to manage a medical emergency or a situation requiring immediate care.

How does the appointment booking process work?

• 1. The Patient searches for a Healthcare Professional.
• 2. They select an available time slot and submit their request.
• 3. The Doctor receives the request and may accept, decline, or modify it.
• 4. The Patient receives a confirmation and, if applicable, reminders

Tbibclic does not guarantee:

• That all appointments will be accepted
• The absence of delays or cancellations.

Is the service free for Patients? What are the fees for Doctors?

• Patients: Searching for and booking appointments online is free.
• Healthcare Professionals:Using Tbibclic is free, and scheduling appointments requires a monthly or annual subscription, with the first three (3) months free.

What are the terms of use for a patient?

The Patient must:

• Be of legal age or act on behalf of a minor for whom they are a parent or guardian,
• Provide accurate information,
• Create an account using their real identity,
• Protect the confidentiality of their password,
• Not impersonate anyone,
• Not to use Tbibclic for fraudulent or commercial purposes.

Tbibclic reserves the right, at any time and without notice:

• To suspend or delete an account,
• To deny access to the Service.

In particular in the event of:

• Abusive behavior
• Violation of the Terms of Service
• Fraudulent use of the Service.

What are my obligations as a Patient?

As a Patient, you agree to:

• Keep your appointments
• Cancel or reschedule your appointment within a reasonable timeframe in the event of unforeseen circumstances,
• Not book fake appointments,
• Not to abuse the Service (repeated no-shows, spam, disruption of the Site).

In the event of abuse, Tbibclic may:

• Warn the User,
• Suspend the account

Any activity performed from the User’s account is deemed to have been carried out by the User. The User agrees to receive notifications related to the use of the Service (emails, SMS, WhatsApp), particularly for appointment management. The User may modify their communication preferences at any time from their account.

What are the Healthcare Professional’s obligations?

The Healthcare Professional must, in particular:

• Provide accurate information (identity, credentials, specialty, hours),
• Keep their schedule up to date,
• Honor accepted appointments,
• Comply with medical ethics and Moroccan regulations,
• Use the Platform solely within the scope of their lawful medical practice.

The Physician is subject to ethical rules and medical confidentiality in accordance with current Moroccan regulations. In the event of a serious breach, Tbibclic may suspend the account in accordance with the Special Terms and Conditions.

Is there a “no-show” policy?

Yes. Tbibclic may take measures to limit unjustified absences:

• Warning patients in the event of a no-show,
• Notifying Doctors of abusive behavior,
• Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts in cases of abuse.

What personal data does Tbibclic process?

Tbibclic processes, in particular:

• Identification data (last name, first name),
• Contact data (email, phone number),
• Account data (username, secure password),
• Appointment history (dates, healthcare providers consulted),
• For Doctors: professional information (practice, degrees, etc.).

Is Tbibclic liable for medical procedures or delays?

Tbibclic cannot be held liable for:

• Medical procedures (diagnoses, treatments, decisions) performed by Doctors
• Delays, absences, or cancellations by Patients or Doctors
• Indirect damages related to the use of the Service,
• Temporary unavailability of the Website,
• Cases of force majeure.

Each Healthcare Professional remains fully responsible for their practice.

The Service is provided “as is,” without any guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. Tbibclic does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible without interruption, nor that it will be free of bugs or malfunctions. Tbibclic reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Service for maintenance or improvement purposes.

The information displayed on the platform is provided for informational purposes only. Errors or inconsistencies may exist (availability, professional information), for which Tbibclic cannot be held liable.

Who owns the content on Tbibclic?

The Platform, its logo, name, design, text, and all graphic and technical elements are the exclusive property of Tbibclic. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute, which law applies?

The Terms of Use are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the competent Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
